Content of the Application

The Owner has authorship rights or rights obtained through commercial licenses to all contents, text, and audio-visuals, published on the Application. Unauthorized use of the content of the Portal or Applications will be regarded as a violation of Rights and can result in legal consequences initiated by the Owner or the publisher of the commercial license. It is strictly prohibited taking and/or replicating the content of the Application for commercial use or other purposes without the previous written or electronic permission given by the Owner.

The Owner is not informed about any violations of authorship rights or third parties through the content of the Application. If there is a reasonable doubt that any of the content of the Application has been used in an illegal way or in a way that is not permitted, the User can report that violation through the contact form (after registering and loggin into the Application). After that, the Owner will take on adequate mechanisms to apply the content following the request or remove the complete content.

Who is responsible for the data collection on this website?

The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find the contact details of the operator in the imprint of this website.

Access to the Application

To use the Application, the User is advised to use Google Chrome browser. The Owner is not responsible for any damage caused by using older versions of web browsers or web browsers that are not supported.

Logging into the Application

The Application is available only to the users who are logged in. The User can log into the Application by using his/her e-mail address.

To use own e-mail address, the User needs to verify ownership by using a validation e-mail that is sent automatically. After confirming the e-mail address ownership, the User must set a unique password to access the Application. The User is obliged to keep the password in a safe place.

The Owner is not responsible for damage caused by the loss of the password on the Application, loss of access to external services or loss of access to the e-mail address.

In the case that the User loses control of his/her account on the Application, he/she shall bear full responsibility for any possible damage caused to the Owner, third parties or other users.

Rules of conduct

The Owner reserves the right to revoke access to the Application to the User if he/she does not follow the rules of appropriate and tolerant behavior, that is, if:

The User harasses staff with inappropriate behavior, abusive language or photographs, or in any other similar manner,

The User expresses hatred and intolerance towards particular races, religions, genders or other groups,

The User inflicts direct or indirect material damage to the Owner through his actions.

Obligation to fulfill the Terms

The Terms are a form of digital contract between the User and the Owner and their fulfillment is binding. For any violation of the Terms by the User, the Owner reserves the right to claim compensation for the caused damage legally.

Modification of Terms

The Owner reserves the right to change the Terms at any time, and will not be responsible for the consequences that may be caused by such changes. The Owner will publish updated Terms on the Application, which will bring them into effect.

The effective date

The Terms are effective from February 7, 2025.
